Our hand-beaded pieces are often made to order or produced in limited runs. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2-3 business days, while pre-order items can take 8-12 weeks for meticulous craftsmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to their delicate nature, bridal and custom-made pieces are final sale.
How do I care for my Clio Peppiatt garment?
Our garments are intricately hand-beaded and should be handled with extreme care. We recommend professional dry cleaning only and storing your pieces flat in their original dust bags to prevent stretching.
Can I request a custom size or design?
We offer bespoke services for select bridal and evening wear styles. Please contact our concierge team with your measurements and requirements to discuss a personalized commission.
